Business Transformation Analyst

As a Business Transformation Analyst, execute a portfolio of key transformation projects, address critical issues facing our businesses, Initiate key projects in line with the company’s strategy and effect positive change within AXA Nigeria.

Role Qualification:

Academic/Professional:

• First Class degree in any STEM Course.
• Knowledge of Insurance Industry/Business will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage key stakeholder expectations, concerns, and to identify and mitigate project risk as required.
• Ability to facilitate relations between business groups and technology departments.
  

Work Experience: 0 – 1-year professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and interact with multi-disciplinary teams for solution design and business justification to ensure there is a clear understanding of “what” change is being proposed and “why”.
• Execute assigned Business Transformation Projects and ensure deliverables are met.
• Write specifications that improves internal systems by studying the current states and designing modifications or new systems.
• Design new solutions by analysing requirements, constructing workflows charts/diagrams and data architecture and models.
• Take ownership of gathering and articulating user, business, solution requirements (both functional and nonfunctional) and transition requirements, documenting accurately to ensure all requirements that contribute to a business case and solution delivery are valid and traceable.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of existing business processes and systems, documenting process models and task analysis, to identify areas for potential process improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with all stakeholders and designated contacts, to share business system and domain knowledge.
• The incumbent will propose and manage research into the new opportunities to improve internal systems and processes, analysing and specifying the detailed requirements related to change and also support the implementation of projects.
• Organize, facilitate, and plan learning paths for the Data Science Community within the organization.
