  • Accidental and Unexpected Death caused by violent, sudden, external and visible means.
  • Permanent Total Disablement as a result of an accident which entirely prevents your insured employee from ever again resuming his/her occupation or any other occupation.
  • Permanent Partial Disablement as a result of an accident which prevents your insured employees from attending to a substantial part of his/her occupation, or any other occupation.
  • Repatriation Expenses transportation of bodily remains of your insured employee back to the home country following an accidental death.
  • Medical Expenses: Hospital bills are usually covered by your health insurance, however with this policy you get an additional lump sum amount which you could use as repayment of, or to further support, any medical, surgical or hospital fees required as a result of an accident.

Claims Process

1. Download and fill out a claim form.

2. Submit the claim form along with the complete documentary requirements online to or to the nearest AXA Mansard Office.

3. AXA Mansard will confirm the approval of your request through e-mail or a call.

4. Claim will be settled and received via your preferred channel as indicated in the e-mail or call.
