General (Business/Tourism) Protection: Travelling for business or pleasure? Buy our general travel insurance, get your certificate and enjoy peace of mind. Our General Travel Insurance has the following variants depending on your destination:
Schengen
This travel insurance plan offers you an extensive coverage for travel to Schengen countries and the rest of Europe. It provides medical insurance coverage for at least EUR 30,000 and medical emergency evacuation and body repatriation in the event of death. It also offers the minimum mandatory insurance cover needed for a Schengen visa.
The Schengen countries covered include: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
AXA Mansard’s Travel Insurance is accepted by all Schengen embassies.
Worldwide
Worldwide: This travel insurance plan covers you worldwide excluding your country of residence. There are 4 options available under this plan:
- Traveller – This option has the widest coverage with a limit of up to $150,000 for medical expenses and hospitalization abroad. It also covers personal accident, losses of passport, checked-in baggage, flight delays, trip cancellation expenses and so much more.
- Pearl – This option has a coverage limit of up to $50,000 for medical expenses and hospitalization abroad. It also covers emergency assistance, flight delays, trip cancellation expenses, loss of passport or luggage and so much more.
- Family – This option has a coverage limit of up to $50,000 for medical expenses and hospitalization abroad. The coverage limit is shared between the principal, spouse and children (a maximum of 5 members). The cover also includes civil liability benefits, compensation for in-flight loss of checked- in baggage, emergency assistance, flight delays and so much more.
- Economy – This option has a coverage limit of up to $15,000 for medical expenses and hospitalization abroad. It also covers emergency medical evacuation, 24hours assistance services, Emergency travel & Accommodation arrangement and so much more.
Worldwide 1
This travel insurance plan covers you worldwide excluding your country of residence, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan. There are 2 options available under this plan:
- Traveller – This option has the highest coverage limit of up to $150,000 for medical expenses and hospitalization abroad. It also covers personal accident, losses and delays, trip cancellation expenses and so much more.
- Pearl – This option has a coverage limit of up to $50,000 for medical expenses and hospitalization abroad. It also covers emergency assistance, flight delays, trip cancellation expenses, loss of passport or luggage and so much more.
Family
AXA Mansard Family offers protection to families that travel together for either business or pleasure anywhere in the world including USA, Australia, Japan & Canada.

Claims Process
1. Download and fill out a claim form.
2. Submit the claim form along with the complete documentary requirements online to ccare@axamansard.com or to the nearest AXA Mansard Office.
3. AXA Mansard will confirm the approval of your request through e-mail or a call.
4. Claim will be settled and received via your preferred channel as indicated in the e-mail or call.
