Whenever an unfortunate event happens, there is both emotional as well as financial loss. We will help you replace the financial/monetary loss through the Death Benefit, which helps maintain your family’s financial stability. The benefit can also be used for repayment of outstanding debts and business continuity. This benefit includes both:

  • A guaranteed sum of money called as Sum Assured on Death
  • Accrued Bonuses, if applicable


  • You will be covered against death for the whole of your life
  • You will get policy value at the end of the premium paying term.
  • You have the option to choose life cover between N5m and N24m
  • To take up this policy, you have to be minimum of 18 years and 65 years at policy expiry age depending on the chosen policy term
  • You can take this policy for either 5, 10 or 15 years
  • You have the option to pay your premium monthly, quarterly, semiannually, annually or single payment

Claims Process

1. Download and fill out a claim form.

2. Submit the claim form along with the complete documentary requirements online to or to the nearest AXA Mansard Office.

3. AXA Mansard will confirm the approval of your request through e-mail or a call.

4. Claim will be settled and received via your preferred channel as indicated in the e-mail or call.
