To execute on Wellness initiatives for the Unit such as promotion of a healthy lifestyle, preventive screening activities for enrolees and organisations.
Role Qualification:
Academic/Professional:
- MBBS/Degree from a reputable Tertiary Institution.
- Relevant postgraduate (MPH, MSc, MBA) and/or professional qualification would be an
added advantage.
Work Experience:
- 3 Years professional experience in related position
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive requests and recommendations for fitness provider sign up based on certain criteria: Location, strategic alliances,
- Signing up of high-quality fitness providers who deliver stellar fitness services at a
reasonable cost - Creating and editing scripts from Digital Group, Branding and Marketing.
- Create and disseminate Wellness and Health based Newsletters that are relevant and
pertinent to the organizations and the times. - Analyse data from health assessments and share reports with recommendations to the
organisation - Using overall organizational cohort analysis to expose common illnesses and health trends in the entire group per organization.
- Synergy with the Relationship managers to ensure smooth communication with the HRs
of various organizations on fitness programs
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of HMO Industry/Health Business.
- Intermediary level for excel database analysis
- Strong Communication skills, Decent work ethic and Readiness to collaborate.
- Customer Service, Writing, Problem Solving and Presentation Skills.
- Strong aptitude in decision-making, time management and problem solving
