Designs & executes the growth strategy of the Wealth team, including the achievement of profitability targets and other KPIs. Responsible for co-ordinating the management of relationships with the team’s clients and brokers. Leads the execution of the business development and market share accretion aspirations of the Wealth team in Nigeria.
Academic/Professional: Relevant first degree in any discipline, MSc/MBA/ACII/ACIIN will be an added advantage.
Work experience: 5 – 7 Years professional experience, preferably in the Financial Services Industry with at least 2 in related position.
Job Level: This position has been profiled as a minimum Senior Analyst role owing to the defined skill level, years of experience and complexities of the task to be performed.
Key Responsibilities
- Sets appropriate targets for the Team in line with overall corporate objectives. Track the targets on a monthly basis.
- Develop and implement strategies towards ensuring the optimization of relationship with our HNI customers & Partners
- Drives the relationship management activities within the team including the maintenance of the required level of relationship with HNIs
- Grow the volume of transactions from the brokers managed by the team.
- Establish a framework for the creation of value-added services to HNI clients
- Create a system that will ensure efficient working relationship with other sales team in other to meet the Company’s target for the team .
- Work with the Training team in the training and development of the Team’s personnel.
- Ensures that adequate reinsurance arrangement is effected for all risks written by the Team.
- Ensures correct assessment of risks proposed for insurance as well as giving equitable terms.
- Supervise the accurate gathering of data and customer documentation, ensuring filing systems are always up to date.
- Gives risk improvement advice and solution to HNI clients where necessary.
- Ensure regular interactions with the Claims team in other to ensure the continuous refining of our pricing, terms and conditions. As well as the regular update of outstanding claims reserves.
- Drives the preparation, implementation and achievement of the team’s budget and all other agreed activities towards the achievement of the company’s corporate objectives.
- Ensure that all team’s functions are executed in line with the overall AXA Group standards.
