The Alpha Sales Force of the Retail Division of AXA Mansard Insurance Plc. was created to have a diverse group of Sales Partners with varied background that have strong ties to their communities and vast network of potential clients.
The Alpha Sales Force is a performance driven scheme where candidates are either engaged on a full or part time basis as Lead Generators. A Referral fee is earned by the Sales Partner for each sale. This fee is not limited as Partners chart their own course and earn as much as they desire.
Our aim is to engage people who are interested in being business partners & looking for opportunities to earn additional income
Who Do We Seek?
- Goal oriented people
- Sales Representative of real estate firms, pharmaceutical companies, or small-scale business owners/Entrepreneurs
- Individuals who earn bulk income via Multi-Level Marketing and override commissions
- People with strong ties to their community and access to families
- People with dependents and desire a supplementary source of income.

- At least an OND Holder
- Must be interested in being a business partner who is looking for opportunities to make more money not a job.
