How does the Scratch Card Work?
Same as using your
debit card. Visit our website and complete your 3rd party
registration. When it’s time to pay, choose Pay with Scratch Card,
scratch the silver panel on your card, and enter your PIN to complete your
transaction.

Why does the Scratch Card have two Silver Panel?
The scratch cards have
two panels because one is for your gift and the other is for your 3rd
party insurance. You can redeem your gift without exposing your activation PIN.

How do I claim my gifts?

Scratch Card: Scratch the Redeem Gift panel of your card and dial the 15-digit
PIN from your preferred phone. Claim your gift instantly from the agent.

Party from other channels aside agents, and online through scratch card or
debit/credit card?
The promo is only
applicable to policies bought through the channels highlighted in #2.
10. Who do I do if
I scratch off my activation or debit PIN?
Call our contact
centre 0700AXAMANSARD or visit any of our Welcome Centres with the serial
number of your card. Your PIN will be sent to you within working 72 hours from
the time of reporting.
11. What if I
misplace my unused scratch card?
We strongly encourage
you to keep your unused scratch card safe until you activate your motor
insurance and claim your gift.

Protection (AKA Double-Double) Promo Work?
The AXA Mansard Double-Double Promo
is a motor insurance promo that offers everyone who buys or renews his/her
comprehensive insurance with AXA a free fire insurance policy for their home or
building to the tune of the car sum assured.
2. My motor policy has not expired, can
I benefit from this promo?
Yes. You can prebook your
insurance to begin on your chosen future date. Your fire insurance will also be
effective from your chosen date for the motor insurance.
3. The second vehicle belongs to my spouse,
can I combine the two vehicles so I can get the fire and burglary benefits?
Yes. Customers insuring two
vehicles must however prove ownership. The assured limits (sum assured of the
cars) can cover one building/or content or both – where the building owner is
also the occupier.
4. I don’t own a building; can this
promo cover the content of my house?
Yes. Customer must however
specify asset to be insured (building, content, or both), with value and proof
of ownership, in the proposal form.
5. I own the building where I live, can
it cover the building and its content for me?
Yes. However, the customer must
specify asset to be insured (building, content, or both), with value and proof
of ownership, in the proposal form.
6. I don’t live in the building, but it
is my own. What can I cover?
Your building only.
7. What happens if the value of my car
is more than the value of my building/content of my house or both, can I add
another building or content to make up for the difference?
This promo benefits are not
transferrable to other building(s) or content outside the home, even if the
customer can prove ownership.
8. The value of my building/content or
both is higher than summed limit (sum assured of my car); can I top up my fire
policy?
Yes, the customer can opt for
paying the difference.
9. What happens if the value of my
building/content or both is higher than the summed limit (sum assured of my
car) but I don’t want to top. I case of an incident; how do I claim?
The claims will be pro-rated
accordingly.
10. What happens if I need to claim for
an item?
At no time shall 1 item in a
home be valued more than 5% of the building/asset sum assured.
