Please be aware that in the event of a claim where you are not liable for the accident, you can go ahead to retrieve details of the third-party responsible for the accident so we can pursue subrogation against third-party.
We will require the following:
- Certificate of Insurance of the negligent third-party.
- Letter accepting responsibility from Liable third-party.
- Photographs showing plate number of third-party vehicle causing the accident
