Team Member – Supply Chain

The Supply Chain officer owns the end-to-end supply chain function for Medisupply, AXA Mansard Health Insurance’s pharmacy benefits management operation. The role is responsible for ensuring that drugs, optical products, and related consumables are sourced, procured, stocked, and distributed across three operational hubs (Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja) at the right cost, quality, and service level.

Education / Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or a Life sciences discipline.
• Experience in a PBM, HMO, or health insurance supply chain environment.

Experience

• Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Demonstrable experience managing a drug formulary (2,000+ SKUs) and multi-location supply operations.
• Familiarity with last-mile logistics and rider fleet management in Nigeria.
• Experience with optical or medical device procurement.
