Terms and Conditions for the Christmas Promotion

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the AXA Mansard Health Retail Valentine Promotion (“Promotion”) for retail health insurance products which will run from the 10^th -20^th of February 2025. By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to the following:

1. Eligibility
   1.1. The Promotion is applicable to local health insurance plans only. International health insurance plans are expressly excluded.
   1.2. The Promotion is open to ONLY individuals &  individuals with pre-existing medical conditions.
2. Promotion Redemption
   2.1. This Promotion can be redeemed through both online channels (company website, app, or email) and offline channels (physical branches or customer service centres).
3. Non-Transferability
   3.1. Benefits or discounts enjoyed with Plans  purchased under this Promotion cannot be transferred to another individual or family after the point of purchase.
4. Promotion Period
   4.1. The Promotion is valid from Feb 11^th to Feb 21^st  2025, Purchases made outside this period will not be eligible for the Promotion and will be expressly excluded.  
5. Additional Rules
   5.1. This Promotion is only valid for new purchases made during the Promotion Period. Renewals or amendments to existing plans are not eligible and are expressly excluded.
   5.2. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated.
   5.3. Incomplete, fraudulent, or unauthorized purchases are not eligible for the Promotion.
6. Limitations of Liability
   6.1. The Company will not be liable for any losses, damages, or delays arising from technical or administrative errors, including but not limited to system outages or connectivity issues. The Company shall not be liable for any action or inaction that does not impact the Promotion and is not expressly stated under this Terms & Conditions.
   6.2. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
7. Amendment and Termination
   7.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at its discretion without prior notice.
   7.2. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately and communicated via the Company’s official website or customer communication channels.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
   8.1. This Promotion and its Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
9. 8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be resolved amicably by arbitration subject to the provisions of the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.
10. Miscellaneous
    9.1. By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to abide by these Terms and any decisions made by the Company in relation to the Promotion, which shall be final and binding.
    9.2. These Terms do not affect customers’ statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
