Contributes towards the achievement of the Division’s targets by effectively managing sales opportunities via Partnerships with financial institutions to meet Company’s strategic goals.
Role Qualification:
Academic/Professional:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputable tertiary institution.
- Project Management certifications will be an added advantage.
Work Experience: A minimum 4 years experience in FI Partners Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship with designed existing partners and maximise cross selling opportunities with them.
- Coordinate and maintain the relationship with relationship from partners banks.
- Monitor and supervise the flow of transactions from all our business channels notwithstanding those assigned to/signed up by you.
- Do a yearly analysis of Partners portfolio to ensure profitability and where a Partner needs to be advice this is done.
- Any other assignment given by the Head, FI Partner, or the Group Head RSLI and FI Partner Group.
- Oversee the activities of the teams Partners and see how we can come in to support where needed.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and client accounts, do presentations to defend and convert business by doing a portfolio review of all accounts.
- Create new Partnership opportunities for the team to grow numbers of Partners.
- Be swift to address failing channels and address necessary actions for such Partners and successful Partners must also be identified and properly managed.
- Preparation of SLA/PRR for all existing Partners at renewal.
