he Proposition Manager will drive the development, refinement, and implementation of market-aligned insurance propositions to support the Distribution Division’s diversification and growth strategy. The role will bridge product innovation and sales execution, ensuring propositions are customer-centric, sales-friendly, and aligned with market needs.
Role Qualification:
Academic/Professional: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field (master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus).
Work Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in product management, sales enablement, or a related role in the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated success in designing and launching customer-focused insurance products.
- Strong understanding of insurance markets, distribution channels, and customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and implement tailored insurance propositions for key segments, SMEs, and Personal Lines.
- Work closely with agents, and partners to design propositions that are easy to sell and resonate with target segments.
- Track the performance of propositions in the market, analysing metrics such as sales volumes, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for new product launches or modifications based on emerging market trends and distribution feedback.
- Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and product development teams to ensure propositions meet financial and regulatory requirements.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align propositions with the company’s growth and diversification strategy.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams and sales channels.
