IT Quality Assurance Analyst

The IT Quality Assurance analyst will draft and revise test cases. They will also evaluate actual test results against expected results, and implement improvements to test processes.

Role Qualification:

Academic/Professional:

  • BSc/Degree from a reputable Tertiary Institution in IT Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.

Work Experience: 1 – 2 years professional experience in related position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the scrum team (Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, UI/UX designers) to produce quality applications for users and customers.
  • Document found bugs and other software issues and write reports detailing these issues.
  • Participate in continuous learning programs to learn new software and technologies as a basic function of the job.
  • Any other responsibilities that might be required by the Business / Group Head/CEO from time to time.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong Communication, Planning and Organising skills.
  • Technology Savvy with strong Ms Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven ability to meet / exceed targets and deadlines and follow through on commitments.
  • Relationship management.
  • Problem solving.
  • Be detail oriented.
