Contribute to the achievement of the division’s targets by driving strategic support, enhancing advisor engagement, overseeing all communications and contests, and providing comprehensive sales and marketing support. Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals to drive growth and performance within the Retail Division.

Role Qualification:

Academic/Professional: A first degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Sales Management, Brands and Marketing, or Strategic support within the financial services industry.
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives, oversee communications, manage contests, and provide sales and marketing support to achieve business goals.
  • Professional qualifications in Marketing, Finance, or related fields (e.g. CIM, CFA) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the activities and performance of the Communications Contests & Events, Sales & Marketing Support and Strategic Business Support Teams and ensure timelines are met as required.
  • Oversee all Retail Division communications to Advisors and ensure timely communication of all Retail Division imperatives to Advisors.
  • Work with Human Resources Business Partner to develop strategy to drive Advisor engagement.
  • Oversee activities to monitor persistency rates for the Division’s business and formulate strategy for improvement.
  • Drive the implementation of AXA Mansard’s Strategy Plan Distribution initiatives.
  • Timely reporting of activities.
  • Coordinate activities related to all RSD digital and tech projects to ensure all distribution objectives are met.
