Kampe Care is a primary health care discount bundle offered at your community pharmacy.

Kampe Care can be purchased directly at your Kampe-affiliated community pharmacy by asking the pharmacist for Kampe Care.

For a one-time limited period, you can purchase Kampe Care for 500NGN for a 6-month cover period (note that this period may extend to 12-months). The regular price of Kampe is 20K NGN for a 12-month period.

Yes! Kampe Care can be purchased for all your family members, including your children. You will just have to purchase an individual policy for each family member.

No! You can only enroll once for Kampe Care as each person can only hold one policy.

When signing up for Kampe Care, you will be required to share the following information with your pharmacist:  your name, last name, phone number, email address (if you have), physical address, gender, and date of birth.

The Kampe Care plan offers the following primary healthcare services that you can benefit from:

• Telemedicine: provides your pharmacist with telephone support from a doctor when they address your health concerns.
• Pharmacy Drug Benefit: provides a 15% discount on prescribed medication at your pharmacy.
• Hypertension Care Benefit: provides a 15% discount on prescribed antihypertensive drugs at your pharmacy.
• Primary Care Testing/Diagnostics Benefit: provides free tests at the pharmacy to confirm the cause of your health issue before you purchase medication.
• Specialist Referral Benefit: provides up to ₦20k discount on a doctor’s consultation at the AXA One Health clinic should you be referred by your pharmacist.
• Hospital Cash: provides cash reimbursement 25k NGN of hospital expenses to the customer.

• Telemedicine: Your local pharmacist will have unlimited access to telemedicine.
• Specialist Referral Benefit: Limited to 4 claims in a 12-month period – must be 30 days between claims.
• Hospital Cash Benefit: Reimbursement limit of ₦25,000 per incidence (for a hospital visit of 2 nights or more) limited to 4 claims in a 12-month period.

Yes! Reimbursement of hospital expenses is guaranteed once the customer is admitted for two or more nights in any registered and licensed hospital.

To make a hospital cash claim:

• Call the number on the card 02013301998 to notify the claim and the agent will advise you on the next steps
• Send a mail to kampecaresupport@axamansard.com to notify the claim and share required claim documents as advised.

No! You can only use the specialist referral benefit at the AXA One Health Clinic located in Ikeja: AXA One Health Medical Center – Anthony Way, Maryland, Lagos, Nigeria.

While there, present your Kampe Care card and personal ID at the reception desk.

You will not need to file a claim – your ₦20,000 benefit will automatically be removed from your overall bill at the hospital. Any additional cost of care will be borne by the customer.
