Laura Rosado

PROJECT MANAGER

“I joined AXA Mexico in 2010, just after graduating. When AXA acquired HSBC’s P&C portfolio and signed an exclusive distribution agreement, I was the local project manager of the Mexican part of the transaction. That was a real inflection point in my career. I lived an intense and truly international experience, interacting with regional and group teams, which sparked my curiosity for mobility opportunities within AXA.
In August 2013, I moved to AXA Group’s Headquarters in Paris. I am currently a project manager at the Group Strategy department. The two most rewarding aspects of my job are: interacting with highly talented people of different backgrounds and nationalities, and witnessing how strategies materialize into business initiatives.
Working at AXA also brings me the opportunity to be an agent of change. With two colleagues, we won the 2014 edition of Start-in, AXA’s collaborative innovation program. Our idea consists in using drones as a means to facilitate property claims adjustment under complex circumstances, to increase operational efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.”
