Our Data Scientist team is made up of experts in big data management and analysis. Dedicated to studying and processing data, the team holds a pivotal role in AXA for its wide-ranging contributions. Its primary purpose is to enable all lines of business to determine the best strategy to realize their objectives. Every day our team sets out to give meaning to our data to exploit their phenomenal potential and empower the company make strategic and operational decisions.

Your role

As an expert in data, your mission essentially consists of:

– Collecting, understanding, analyzing, integrating and exploring internal and external data to identify correlations and relations

– Working with other departments (IT and business) to ensure these results’ operational application and measuring their impacts on key business indicators

– Providing your in-depth technical expertise and insight not only to contribute to the company’s data strategy, but also to provide actual solutions to business challenges.

– Managing and transmitting knowledge through appropriate documentation and events (training courses, seminar, blog posts, etc.)
